Winter Warranty

Trees and shrubs are covered through their first winter under our guarantee. If your plant does not survive its first winter, we will help you with a one-time replacement of the plant or credit if a replacement is unavailable. The warranty does not cover mechanical, animal, or weather damage, nor lack of care. Plants purchased on sale are guaranteed to the sale price only. Items discounted at 35% or above are not covered under the warranty. 

The purchaser agrees to follow proper planting, maintenance, watering frequency and winter protection. We want you and your plants to succeed, so don’t hesitate to call with any questions/concerns. 

If your plant fails to come back in spring:

• Please call and speak with our helpful staff about your tree/shrub before bringing your item back; plants break dormancy at different rates. We may request that you provide photos before bringing your plant in.
• If a replacement is needed, please bring in the entire tree/shrub, including the roots, as well as the receipt and plant tag(s).
